Account deletion

If you are signed in to the Aingo app, you can delete your account directly in the app.

• Open the app → Home → My Info → Delete account
• When you confirm, the deletion is processed right away and you are signed out.

If you cannot access the app (for example, you lost your device or deleted the app), you can request account deletion by email.

• Email ysiig78@gmail.com with "Account deletion request" in the subject line, and include the email address of the social account you used to sign up.
• After verifying your identity, we process the deletion without delay and reply with the result. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will tell you in our reply.

• When you delete your account, your account data (account information, onboarding survey, learning records, character images and uploaded face photos, practice outputs, report and block records, ad reward records, subscription status, and so on) is kept for a 14-day grace period and then permanently destroyed.
• If you sign in again within the grace period, you can restore your account.
• Information that the law requires us to keep (such as records of contracts and payments under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)) is kept separately for the required period and then destroyed.
• Automatically collected usage statistics and error information are destroyed automatically under each processor’s retention policy (usage statistics up to 14 months, error information up to 90 days).

Deleting your account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription you pay for through a store. If you do not want to be charged for renewals, cancel the subscription separately in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play.
